SMS Terms

Plan Prepare Home, a team of C2 Financial Corporation (NMLS #135622), sends text messages to people who ask us to. These terms explain what those messages are and how to stop them.

What we text you about

If you opt in, your loan officer and our team may text you about your mortgage inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, documents we need, updates on your loan application, and occasional check-ins after your loan closes. We do not send rate quotes or advertising by text.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on a form on planpreparehome.com, when you book a consultation, or by telling your loan officer and confirming by text. Opting in is never required to work with us, get a quote or obtain a loan.

How often

Message frequency varies. During an active loan it is usually a few messages a month; after closing it is a handful a year.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing more. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or call or text 619-777-5700, or email kyle@planpreparehome.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
